Arrive at 7:45am to prepare for Volunteer & Family Registration Check in.
Event Volunteers will arrive at 8:00 am for check in. Registration will check names, give wristbands, guide families to activity locations, and direct volunteers to their workstations.
Location: Brookwood Chapel
**Please make sure the registration is covered until 12pm as we will have late arrivals. Give wristbands for lunch
*MINIMUM VOLUNTEER AGE IS 15 YEARS OLD. WITH OR WITHOUT A PARENT and you must be an active volunteer in Brookwood's Volunteer System. Parents accompanying youth volunteers must also be a registered volunteer.
SPECIAL NOTE:
**anyone with intellectual/developmental disabilities that wishes to volunteer must go through our ADMISSIONS OFFICE to explore opportunities in compliance with our 14c certificate. **
