Get into the Christmas Spirit! Volunteer at the Brookwood Booth in the Nutcracker Market! We have multiple shifts for Wrappers and Booth Assistants for this event, and we thank you for helping us make this show a success! Free Entry to the show for Volunteering! Brookwood's Booth number AT NRG is 1821 Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift and check in at the Volunteer Table in the exhibition hall. Booth #1821 Furthest row to the left as you enter the lobby. (End of row 1000, far left as you enter. One booth down from restrooms and Chick-fil-A. Booth number 1821) Parking is NOT covered for the volunteers. Dress Casual and wear comfortable shoes. (VOLUNTEERS WHO SIGN UP FOR PREVIEW PARTY MUST DRESS UP IN HOLIDAY ATTIRE ON 11/13/24) OTHER VOLUNTEERS DRESS CASUAL.
Booth #1821 at NRG. Booth is in the same place as last year. Volunteers are responsible for their own parking expenses. Badges will be picked up in the lobby at NRG volunteer table (usually midway of the hall). Badges are to be turned in once arriving at the booth for recycling as they only give us a small number of badges.
